• At the account holder's request (voluntary break)
• Due to inactivity (no activity for 12 months)

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be returned via the designated method.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance — whichever is lower — until the balance reaches zero.

B77 bus is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• Due to delays on the part of third-party payment providers
• Due to natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures
• If account credentials are leaked due to the user's own negligence

B77 bus's total liability shall in no case exceed the total value of the transaction in question. b77 bus is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
